Blue Apple are seeking new Trustees
Could you offer your skills as a Trustee of our innovative charity?
Blue Apple is a highly ambitious theatre and dance company which brings all the benefits of taking part in the performing arts to adults, children and young people with learning disabilities, and enables them to present high quality theatre, dance and film productions to the widest possible audience. The company started under the auspices of Winchester and District Mencap in 2005, but since 2012 has been an independent and highly successful charity. As part of our succession planning we are now seeking to appoint new trustees who can bring to our current board further skills, dedication and vision.
The charity is looking for trustees with experience and knowledge in one of the following areas:
- Industry specific experience in the arts
- Charity governance
- Business planning
- Marketing and communications
- Finance management
This is an exciting time to join Blue Apple as we build on a highly successful event at the Globe Theatre, London in Spring, 2016 gaining coverage from Channel 4 and international interest, and look forward with our artistic team to continue to build upon that success and develop the company.
To register your interest in becoming a Board member for Blue Apple, please complete the application form and send to the charity’s Chair of Trustees, Georgiana Robertson at email@example.com by 16 December 2016
