QE2 Performing Arts Group - Hedge End

Partner: QE2 Activity Centre in Hedge End, provider of activity opportunities for people with additional needs.

What? Build skills in acting, dance and singing in a weekly session and work towards putting on local shows throughout the year.

When? Saturdays 10am-12pm

Who? Adults with neurodisabilities

Partner: Hanger Farm Arts Centre, an 18th century converted barn, offering a unique theatre space, bustling café and exhibition gallery, run by the Minstead Trust, a local charity that provides training and support to improve the lives of people with neurodisabilities.

Hanger Farm Community Theatre is a pioneering, inclusive theatre company.

What? Build skills in acting, dance and singing in a weekly session and work towards putting on local shows throughout the year.

When? Monday 11am-12.30pm; 1.00pm-2.30pm; Wednesday 11am-12.30pm. Groups run all year round except between Christmas and New Year and on Bank Holidays.

Who? Adults with neurodisabilities - you do not need to attend QE2’s other services to join.

Scarf Drama Club - New Milton

Acting, singing and dancing skills in a fun environment. Suitable for children/young people with special needs from age 10 up to and including 25 years.

Please note that all participants must be or become members of Scarf.

To join Scarf, families must live within the boundaries of the New Forest District Council and have a child/young person (aged up to and including 25 years) with a disability or additional needs. Please click here for a map of the area that Scarf covers.

Family Membership is £25 per annum and renewable each January – new members can join at any time during the year.


Mayflower Blue Apple Youth Theatre - Southampton

A youth theatre group for young people aged 15-21 years old with neurodisabilities. Build skills in acting, dance and singing in a weekly session and work towards putting on local shows throughout the year.
