Performing arts: singing, dance and drama

Blue Apple Youth Theatre with Mayflower Engage

Fridays 5 to 6.30pm (break included) Mayflower Theatre.

Drama, dance and singing groups for young people with learning disabilities run by professionals at Blue Apple Theatre and Mayflower Engage.

We are excited to launch our new youth theatre group for young people aged 15-21 years old with learning disabilities, for example, Down’s syndrome, Williams syndrome and Autism. There is a helpful explanation of what is meant by learning disability here.

You will get to perform in front of people, showing off what we’ve learned. It’s a great way to express your creativity, make friends, and gain confidence.

This term will end with a show to share with friends and family based around a theme of ‘Heroes and Villains’. So, come and join us for fun-filled sessions that include acting, singing and dancing.

From September this group will be at MAST Mayflower Studios.

£86.00 for all 10 sessions

Participants will be charged £8.60 per session
